Downtown Norfolk

Downtown Norfolk is for those seeking an urban environment in either a single-family home, a condo, or an apartment. There are several neighborhoods in the vicinity of downtown including the Freemason Historic District, the Granby District, St. Paul’s Neighborhood, and Historic Ghent. Each area carries with it its own personality and reasons to live there.

The Freemason Historic District is the oldest neighborhood in Norfolk. Three hundred years worth of architecture can be seen along its cobblestone streets. If a loft in an early 20th century building on the waterfront just down the street from the Opera House sounds appealing check out the Granby District.

The newest neighborhood in downtown, St. Paul’s Neighborhood, offers condos, lofts, or a home in the recently converted office building into a residential tower. Convenience is found here with all your shopping needs in the neighborhood. Unique could describe Historic Ghent with its shops and entertainment opportunity. If you a historic or modern home bot are available here.
